Bio: Amaryllis' egg was taken far away from the kingdom's three hatcheries. Her mother, Heliconia, worried that even those dimwitted RainWing caretakers would figure out that her dragonet is an IceWing hybrid.

When Ama hatched she appeared to be a pure white with some very sharp features and that signature whip thin tail. Heliconia, glad about her choice, named her after the red and white Amaryllis due to her undying temper and guessed that she would be speckled with red scales most of her life. What She did not notice was that Ama was not white, but a very pale blue. As it turned out, Ama couldn't even turn red, orange, or yellow. She often even had trouble changing color at all. Heliconia thought it was quite funny that an IceWing hybrid could only turn cool colors, but she was also concerned. Would her dragonet ever fit in with her tribe? Ama quickly grew out of her temper and grew to become a very inappropriately named hybrid. This confused Heliconia even more. How had her dragonet developed a RainWing's attitude all of the sudden? Surely she was more IceWing. Despite her confusion and concern, Heliconia still loved her dragonet.

When it was time for Ama's venom training Heliconia knew better than to contact one of the tribes instructors. Her tribe didn't know about Amaryllis' existence and had most likely forgotten about her's as well. She would just have to take things into her own talons. Needless to say, things did not go very well. While Heliconia did know quite a bit about venom training, frost breath was not her expertise. Several frozen trees (and one very unfortunate tree frog) later it was decided that no frost breath was the best frost breath.

On Amaryllis' 10th birthday Heliconia decided to introduce her to the queen (Magnificent at the time). Queen Magnificent couldn't of cared less to be honest. She mainly made comments on how no RainWing should actually want to raise their own dragonet and about how Ama's scales were always blue. "She's probably that that way because she never had a true RainWing dragonethood." said Magnificent as Heliconia took her dragonet and stomped out of the throne room, turning a violent red color around her frills. While this would stick with Heliconia for the rest of her life, the queen forgot about the interaction within a day. They returned to their little home outside of the village.

When Ama finally turned 15 it was time to make a very tough decision. She had to let her dragonet go. What if she was truly the reason her dragonet was always blue? What if this entire time Ama has been covering her true saddened nature? What if RainWings just weren't supposed to have parents? With a heavy heart Heliconia handed Ama her necklace. It had a teardrop shaped opal with a silver chain. Heliconia refused to tell Ama about how she got the necklace, saying that it was a very painful story. Thus, Ama made her way to the RainWing village, and Heliconia to one surrounding islands around the coast. Despite how many times she will go looking for her Amaryllis will never see her mother again.

When she returned to the village she did as her mother had told her and sought out the queen for her job assignment. This time she spoke with Queen Exquisite. Exquisite took several things in mind while finding a job for her. Mainly how cold she was and how sharp her claws were. Due to being very concerned with her sloth's safety Ama was tasked with working in the gardens around the village. Now not even Fruit Bat should have to deal with her.

As Ama approached the first garden realization struck. Her mother was gone and she had no idea how to do her job. Just before she could start to panic, a dragon named Lemon came up to her and offered to help. Over time they found that Ama was a bit too cold and her claws a bit too sharp to deal with the more delicate rain forest plants. In fear of damaging Lemon's hard work Ama decided to avoid touching as many flower beds as she could and would help in other ways. The two went from team, to best friends, to lovers in a matter of three years. Lemon would tell Ama about life and customs in the Rainforest Kingdom, and in turn Ama would talk to Lemon about her life (and flowers) along the outer rain forest. While Ama still missed her mother very much, she was glad that she had someone to spend the rest of her life with.

Extra Bits:
- Glory became a few months after Ama was assigned her job
- Ama never knew her father (not even what a father was until Lemon told her)
- Heliconia didn't tell her anything about Permafrost
- Heliconia died on her way to the outer islands when a NightWing hit her over the head much too hard, cracking her skull open
- During sun time Ama likes to sleep somewhere cool/out of the sun
- Due to Lemon preferring to sleep closer to the sun they find a platform with a portion covered in shade
- When Ama is bored she comes up with stories and loves to tell them to Lemon

Scales:
Most of the time, her scales remain the same blues in the reference above. However, when feeling extreme emotions, when really concentrating on it, or very rarely when an object around her has an influence on her, her scales can sometimes change color. Without warm colors most RainWings often are confused about what the colors mean, but if you've been around her long enough it is pretty easy to figure out.

Angry: black or dark blue
Upset/Sad: blue-gray
Happy: light purple
Shocked/Hurt: white or an extremely light green
Disgust: green
Fear: light purple
