Freshman or sophomore year of college we performed Eric Whitacre's offbeat piece of music "Godzilla Eats Las Vegas" in the Oregon State University wind ensemble. Here's a link to another school's performance of the piece for context: ([link] )

The piece has a sort of script that's usually passed out to the audience or displayed on a screen as the band plays. For our performance I created a set of images to go in a powerpoint slideshow that ran while we played the music.

Its an extremely silly thing, but it was pretty entertaining for the audience - and it was a fun piece to play.
