Description Okay, these took FOREVER. I shaped and painted each of these totally by hand out of polymer clay, no stencils or cutouts whatsoever! I stared at an 8-bit mushroom picture online while meticulously shaping and smoothing every edge, then painted, repainted, and screamed at every line that I botched.

The 1-up is in the back because it was my first one and was more flawed, the second one I did have an easier time with because I just pressed the first one into the clay to keep the sizes consistent.

These were made for my sister (~pseudospring ) and I, so for the lettering she requested I pulled up a font based on the original Mario title screen font, then began the meticulous process of hand painting each one. For the spots and the letters, I did sketch the outlines in pencil to make the painting a bit easier, but EVERY DETAIL IS DONE TOTALLY FREEHAND.

I will take orders for these, so note me if you'd like one!

Yeah, I've seen a million of them done with perler beads so I thought I'd try doing something different that challenged me since it took quite some time to get the shapes right and paint super straight freehand lines. I'm glad you like them!

Just regular craft acrylic. It's super cheap at Hobby Lobby or Michael's.
