Description
This is a neon redraw of Ken Sugimoris artwork of Kyogre. This legendary pokemon is said to be the creator of the oceans and it saved humans from droughts in the past. It's powers are strong enough to create huge clouds and bring deluges over whole areas. It's the best water type around. Not only it's ability but also it's high special attack and dangerous moves make it a threat on the battle field. I like it's hydrodynamic design.
