I would draw it as a female, with her breast inflating, it's just I'm not that great when it comes drawing it. I have the ideas but I can't really put them down on paper, especially because it's a reptile. Maybe one day, I have another drawing thats almost done, I just never get around to finishing it.
Another thing is I usually draw males because when I draw, I guess I "pretend" that I'm the character I've drawn, it's a very strange fetish, you see. Theres a lot more reasons to having the fetish but, I won't go into that.
