She's a new citizen of Petropolis and wants to be friend of everyone, but their best friends are Kitty, Dudley, Jenny, Sussy, Lily, Pinky, Amy, Anny, and many members of TUFF.
When she was only 4 years old something happened, the day was cloudy, she was playing on the backyard of her house and the storm was very far, but suddenly she was hit by a lightning, her parents went to help her but she was unconscious on the floor. Fearing the worst they took her to an hospital quickly. The rain and the wind out there was very strong, the road were empty and the lightnings could be hearded from the sky. Almost near the hospital one of them was about to reach them, they closed their eyes in that moment, and thanks to a "divine protection" the thunder struck in a nearby tree.
Some hours later Mom and Dad went to see her and get very surprised, the young girl said hello as if nothing had happened, but she doesn't realized that now her hair was white with a black tuft and her right eye was red. They all smiled at each other and hugged happily.

She lived normally all her life, after the high school she wanted to travel to many places and one day she came to Petropolis, but the bad luck made another big storm crosses in her way. The rain gets stronger, she ran to not get wet but a big ligthning hit her. Pinky was near and heard someone shout, luckily with the help of Kitty and Dudley in the TUFF-movile, they can save her life.
At the next day Pinky, Kitty and Dudley waited for the girl to awake, when she open her eyes ask: "...Who are you?.... And who am I? "She had lost her memory. Her new friends felt something special in the new girl, they give her a hand with a new home and promised to stay with her until can remeber something.

Dudley: Hey, how will we should call you?
Kitty: Uh, have no idea.
Girl: (Looking at the window) What about "Rain", that likes me.
Pinky: Great! Rain, that one likes me too.
Now you can see Rain with their new partners trying, touching and watching anything, to see what likes and dislikes her, just for curiosity. She's also very friendly, loyal, funny, and fearless, or maybe just a bit sily.
