Yay! Finally added another one to that series of real-fish anime mermaids! I've had this lineart sitting around forever and finally finished coloring it.She is a firefish, also known as a fire dartfish or firefish goby.

Your backgrounds are so intricate for these mer-girls. If the mood ever strikes you, I bet a tutorial on how you achieve such nice looking corals would be well recieved. Then again, they might just be brushes and I am too naiive to notice ; 3 ;

I like the choice of shapes and colors in the is piece. I just feel there is something wrong with the color of the mer's skin and her body movement.

ok, so here i am, the girl who was a crazy fan at acen. i just wanted to say that when i bought this print at acen i noticed that she has 6 fingers on her right hand, like she has 5 normal fingers then a thumb hidden somewhere.
