O________OI have been working on this off and on for weeks. I think it's finally finished, if nothing else but for the fact that I'm tired of messing with it. ^_^;;
Yes it is Zelda, from the Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time. She's totally a magical girl shoujo rockstar lolita singer thing.
Not my char, Nintendo's.

Looks like something that Zelda would wear during her adventures. Of course, so it won't seem out of place, the setting for that adventure should be some form of steampunk.

You know, Spirit Tracks, the new Legend of Zelda game, has a little bit of a steampunk feel to it, with that train and all; a sign of future developments? I certainly like to think so.

This is over the top with ruffles, pink, and girly stuff oozing from it with sparkles to match. All the things that I hate. BUT, it seems to really work the way you did it with Zelda! You put together elements that I despise that work so well that I like them here. Now that is art.
