A friend came up with this concept and requested it. Voldy as a Sugar Skull for Dia de los VOLDEmuertos.I included some Hogwarts House colors in there. The flourish stuff is based off of the Death Eater mask designs, mostly from Bellatrix's mask. I have this vision of her helping him with his makeup.
