BECAUSE I WANTED TO!! I've been on a mermaid/man fix for the past couple weeks. my sketchbook is FULL of merman once-ler and various other fishy things hehe I am sorry, i got really lazy in my coloring. I got bored half way through and decided not to finish the rest so i just gave it a fancy background instead XDD PROBLEM?!
