Both stand beside a table, their attention on small, rough figures on a spread-out map.
The map seems new, yet plain and lacking any hint of description or label. And yet Doodle effortlessly points and hovers his clawed hand over spots and areas of the map knowing exactly what he's looking at. He knows exactly where the kingdoms cross and which territories yet need to be claimed. With the small unrefined pawns on the map, he mindlessly draws imaginary lines and routes on the map as he tells his tale of an upcoming war. The lord tells his plan of taking over a land with a fluid motion and cheery voice. It fills him with offputting delight as he drifts off describing in such a detail how his army moves on taking over an opposing land. Burning villages, shouting people and dead bodies are not left out of his story as he continues to explain and dream of a victorious outcome. Smiling and laughing, talking so casually of it as if it was normal. Doodle basically forgot his guest entirely as he daydreams of war.
