Having the file name on a transparent bar across the image is ingenious! Less wasted space, and being able to retain the full view of the image (more or less) is really handy.
I'd be interested in seeing how that search button/bar would play out if this were a final product delivered to consumers. In my mind, clicking it would make a drop-down address field in which the user could type, unless as if it acted as the search bar in Win 7/8.1. I wouldΒ think that if it did perform like that, some users might be confused where the address field is actually located, considering there are no borders.
I also like how (I'm assuming) the "Window Color" from personalization, instead of coloring the title bars and such, are used for accents in various UI elements, if I could choose a light blue or silver I'd feel right at home.
And side question, what image is Wall 13? It's something that I would use as a background myself

Yes that was the idea. Keep the frames white (maybe add a dark option), but make accents change color. I was thinking search bar would be expandable from the button, tap/click the button and search. Maybe work like in Chrome, unified with address but activated by clicking the button, so you can still use the empty space to edit the address.
