Another instance of a potentially beautiful shot, ruined by the photographer. Not sure whether to laugh or cry haha.I put this under 'stopping', because that is what the gelding was doing... I'm not sure what he was supposed to be doing at this point, ie cantering, flying change, trotting, whatever. He was having a bit of a temper tantrum and the moves were moot for a bit haha.
Thoroughbred (I assume) gelding at the Rolex Kentucky Three Day Event 2008. Friday, dressage.

Actually I don't believe the Rolex tests ever include canter pirouettes, as they require quite a high level of collection for squirrley eventing horses haha. This shot might have been right after -or during- the reinback, especially since it seems to be close to C. He was just shuffling around and generally being silly haha. Made for some entertaining photos!
