So uh. Apparently DA added an ai that basically takes other peoples art and like- does the ai thing where it messes everything up. Pardon my French but what the fuck- that’s a bit of an insult to artist that take hours or even months to complet an art piece just to have somebody take it, put it through an AI and completely mess it up. Like- why, the art piece was completely fine to begin with, leave it alone.

Speaking about DA problems I reached out to customer support a couple of days ago about the censorship with my art ( before I reached out to them- I did everything I thought would help with the bug, log out, log back in, reset the app, stuff like that ). They got back to me and guess what. Their working on trying to put adds in DA. So they wanted to make sure that advisers have a “brand-safe” experience. Might I add in that people are not doing this, an AI is censoring works. Although, they said that their still tweaking the AI so it can tell what’s appropriate and what’s not. They also said in that email that as a result of the ad thing and the “brand-safe” trip, some of my art pieces would be automatically flagged to anonymous viewers. So I decided to check out the “anonymous viewer thing” so I logged out and searched up my account and surely enough more than half of my account was flagged. But- I don’t get it. When I logged back into my account, still half of my art pieces was flagged. It makes my blood boil because I just don’t understand. I mean I do but don’t at the same time. I know to some people there is no censorship, which makes me every more confused.

It makes me kinda sad because I’m really considering of moving. BUT. I won’t for now. ( cuz I got attachment issue with this app )

Hopefully they get their crap together and everything works out fine. 👍
