I started this painting with only the mouse yes (sketch and initial painting), but never actually finished it because it was so time consuming.
More recently I got a wacom tablet, and after all these time I got back to thisΒ Β forgottenΒ psd file, redoing mostly everything and changing a few things, but keeping the original design of the mouse version.

Sometimes I struggle for hours just to draw the simpliest things, but it makes me very happy when I finish a painting ^^
