Part of my chibi dictionary holiday gift project [link] XD This one is for my friend Laura, who requested Deidara. This is actually my first time drawing Deidara, so I hope I did all right
I had a lot of fun with the birds and hand-mouth. My tablet died halfway through coloring this so I kind of...finished it off with a touchpad .__. Tis a mark of desperation.Ink and photoshop.

fwiw, I believe the scratching-out on the hitai-ate is a characteristic of Akatsuki, not just missing-nin. The reason I say that is because Zabuza and Haku didn't have lines through theirs. Nor does Raiga. I think that's merely something that the Akatsuki does, to show their complete abandonment of their home village.
But I love this anyway.

Kin and Hidan are not on my list, unfortunately XD I took requests for these back before Hidan was introduced. I'd hesitate to do FMA, because I'm not very fond of the series for personal reasons, but if I were to do more of these than my list I would take them as commissions, in which case it'd be whatever the buyer wanted.
