Description
A dark cityscape around sunset!Done mostly in Photoshop CS4 with some Painter IX thrown in for good measure.
Used some Tech Brushes from [link] and some building brushes from [link]
Download for 2182 x 876 version.

Thank ya, As for coming up with it, I'm not sure! A lot of the more specific stuff comes from getting ideas as I'm working on it. But I like bridges in cities, I've used them a couple times now.
