Ah look at me doing digital art, that was a while ago wasnt itIve been trying to do a lot of personal art lately, but still not overly personal... this would be one, along with many inked drawings that I want to submit but I am lazy to transfer them to my pc.

Gorgeous piece, it seems like you handle realism with such an ease! I love how you still left it to have some painterly feel to it, by leaving some of the digital brush strokes visible etc. 
Is there a meaning or a story behind this piece? If yes, I am interested to hear it!

Thank you, I wanted to leave a more painted feel over this one, but on the same time I would have wanted some more work put into it...
Not really a story, but more of a meaning behind it - as I said in the description, I have been trying to draw more personal drawings which have a larger part of me than my other art, this is one of those. My art therapist wanted me to do more of tat kind of art so that is what I have been trying to do, as I do agree with her, it can give more feeling in the pictures. These kinds of pictures also include "scream" and "Guns", as well as some of my older pictures are kind of like that too... well, all of my pictures probably have a bit of it, but these are more intentional?
So the meaning of this picture is really about my mental health, then what exactly it means is a bit more personal. I don't actually have any problems with explaining it, but on the same time I rather not? ...you could say my feelings are split between explaining or not.

btw I read your newest journal and it is sad to see you sell your characters, but you should do whatever makes you feel better and whatever will help you get a new start, sometimes that is what one really needs. I was wondering... will you be sharing your new account with any of the people that are currently watching you? I'd love to know it as I would love to see more of your art and see how it develops (it has truly been a joy to see it even if I haven't had time to actively comment) However if you do not wish to share it I can understand that, and I will not have hard feeling over it, after all.. perhaps by chance i will find your art again even then.
