A half hour later, the five of them were stood just outside of the Canterlot Marine Life Aquarium, which hosted a varied collection of aquatic animals.
"Are you sure this is a good idea?" Rarity asked Scootaloo.
"Yeah! Just do what I told you, and we'll be set!"
Rarity sighed, then knocked on the door to the Employee areas. After a moment, the manager came out, jumping when he saw who was outside.
"Are you Rarity? Rarity Glamour of Canterlot Boutique? And is that Sapphire Shores, the Pony of Pop?!"
"Yes, yes, we know who we are. I was hoping if you'd allow us into the dolphin habitat for a bit?"
The manager put on his work face. "I'm sorry, ma'am, but the habitats are off-limits to non-employees."
"Not even for us?" Rarity was turning up the flirtation.
The manager's work attitude was faltering. "y-You might hurt the animals, contaminate the water, o-or..." He trailed off as Rarity drew in closer.
"Please?" Rarity fluttered her eyelashes.
The manager finally cracked. "Oh, alright. Just come in and get suited up first."

After they washed and suited up, they were led into the dolphin's habitat.
When Sapphire Shores saw the majestic marine mammal, she was mesmerized.
The dolphin looked at them, backing away from their unfamiliar faces.
"Don't be scared," Sapphire said softly, reaching out her hoof calmly, "we won't hurt you. We just wanna be friends."
The dolphin seemed to understand. It cautiously came back towards them, touching its forehead to her outstretched hoof. It made clicking noises, and Sapphire chuckled lightly, her memories of her dolphin friend washing back over her.
"Wow, you're a natural!" The manager couldn't believe his eyes.
"I guess I am!" Sapphire realized.
Suddenly, a glow shined through her wetsuit. She unzipped it slightly and looked at her flank, which now bore an image of a dolphin wearing a fancy headdress.
"It worked!" Sapphire cheered.
The CMC'S squealed, overjoyed that they had succeeded. The dolphin trilled cheerfully. Rarity was just impressed at how easily this had been resolved.
Sapphire looked from her Cutie Mark to the dolphin. "You know what? I think I should get a job here to do while I'm between projects!"
She looked at the manager, who said, "Well, this is an odd way to apply, but you do seem perfect for the job... Why not!"
Then the other four's Cutie Marks started glowing, signifying that they had succeeded.

After a few minutes, they were back outside.
"I can't wait to show Carapace!" Sapphire said excitedly.
"Just be honest with him," Apple Bloom advised her, taking a page out of AJ's book. "Hopefully, he'll respect you for being honest, and then you could bond over that!"
Sapphire nodded. "Oh! I almost forgot! Here's a little something to show my appreciation."
She took out a signed picture of herself and gave it to Apple Bloom.
"Thank you!" She smiled, then hugged her.
Rarity gestured to Apple Bloom to follow her, and they said their goodbyes and parted ways.
"I hope we can see her again soon!" Apple Bloom said, sticking the picture into her bow.
"I hope so, too!" Rarity agreed.
