Description
One of the poster boys for SNK Boss Syndrome, it's Omega Rugal as seen in KOF 95.Sprites by Ahuron and a Mr. Karate fellow who is not a member of the Sakazaki family; Rugal himself belongs to SNK Playmore.
EDIT: Turns out I had the wrong sprites for the initialΒ Kaiser Wave... Now it's fixed.
