The desktop icons come from various sets (32px mania by ~DDrDark
, 32px mantra by umar123, Absque 32px by Salehhh).
The chrome theme is a mod of Grey default theme by steppres.
It is easy to mod chrome themes since they are just zip archives, after replacing resources you just need to pack (zip+sign) it (go to extensions/developer mode/pack extension).
