Description
This drawing represents my experience with anorexia. The two figures, representing the self and the intruding 'ana' mind set, are being fed through the nasogastric tube which in turn is being filled by the constant flow of their own blood. An everlasting cycle.
Notice the use of hearts, the major one being rigid and ill shaped and the second major one upside down and fluid-like.
The exclusion of faces and facial features represent the loss of self that anorexia creates and the emptiness of such a repeatative situation.

Smooches.
No, but seriously, it is a GREAT image and once again, I am in disbelief that this hadn't garnered a comment or Fave since December 7th, 2010. Puts other images that I've seen with more responses, feedback, etc. to shame.

Wow ... very cool.
Surprised that there aren't other comments here on it.
Well done and added to my +FAVE+ list.
Interesting background story on it as well.
