The pores on her lip are a bit dark on the brighter right side, but otherwise, this is slickly done!

It is quite amazing how effect subtlety is... Especially since it causes the viewer to continue looking for more cues of the transformation.
I see three main symbols of feline character here. The shape of the eyes, the nose, and whiskers. Maybe a tiny bit on the mouth.
