Took me a long time to get them right. I was drawing them for a year straight before i was finally okay with how they looked. I uploaded a picture of them early on in DA but I'd like to improve them even more.

i've heard a few conjectures as to what's happening to them here...someone close to them died, that kind of thing...but nothing's really "going on." just a slice of their relationship as you say. the new cartoon's take on them makes their bond seem complex and unbreakable, which i totally enjoy.

I've never seen the new show (i dont watch TV anymore) but i am a faithfull fan of the TMNT. great job with the colors and the background, but mainly the expression, you caught their personalities quite well

thanks for the comment. i still don't know how the background came together so fast, but making it was a lot easier than coloring them turtles. must be photoshop magic or somethin. *shrug*

Heh, well...as soon as I can get the %$%^($ news on official nudity policy to load (I keep trying and it keeps not loading), I'll have scraps to load--I want to scan in then literally scrap a ton of my life drawings (they're nice to look at, but not finished things).
Yay on letterage! Tee hee on Pen--I hope it wasn't too bad. And yeah, Galvagrapeitron is gone : ( I couldn't drive him anymore anyway, so now my dad has a nice white Chevy extended cab to go back to *work* in, ugh. But Galvagrapeitron did serve me one final purpose--he absolved my debt to my parents for all the vacations we've been taking! I do really need to draw him too...wonder if I should draw him in cammo-dirty grape or in shiny clean grape? ; )
