Lightning and Tifa together <3 Sorry CloudxTifa fans but I'm a no-straighter person ^^" I never played FF VII either so. I don't dislike Cloud but I like Lightning better since she's more relatable to me.DO NOT START FIGHTING OVER WHO'S BETTER PLEASE!! I WILL JUST DELETE YOUR COMMENT!!
I support lots of Yuri couples with Light. The only one I don't really like is Lightning with Fang. Don't ask me why because I have NO idea why I don't like them together.

True but sometimes fists aren't enough to fight with so then Lightning comes in with her gunblade. Not that Lightning isn't good with her fists hence the PSICOM ass kicking in Lake Bresha where she says "Nice gun" to the dude.

I've seen some of her clips. I like the "innocent" one where she is like twisting and turning with her innocent eyes even though that has nothing to do with fighting or her fists...although if you wanna ask Lightning about Tifa's fist. O.o LOL sorry that's nasty but it just popped into my head when I said that XD

I've seen parts from various AMV's I'm sure but have I sat down and actually watched it no. I don't know if this is Advent Children but I saw Zack's death. It was sad even if I don't know Cloud or Zack. I don't even know what happens to Tifa all I know is that she dies right? Again, no idea if that's Advent Children XD. It's not that I don't like Cloud or anything it just isn't the type of story that appeals to me. o.o *shrugs*

Zack died in Crisis Core didn't he? I couldn't remember which one but then I remembered seeing a status saying "If Sqaure Enix made a dollar for every tear cried from Crisis Core they could end world hunger". So then I guess I've never seen Advent Children. One day I might buckle down and watch it but as of now I'm content with just knowing about Tifa. And I knew it was a movie I just hadn't seen it yet XD. It takes more than pretty graphics to get me to watch something. Although they do help XP

i think lightning is just a misunderstood character. I personally can relate to her very deeply and for some reason i always had this compassion for her that went beyond her cruel remarks and actions. i feel that the people who are "haters" of her really just don't understand who she truly is and what she fights for. everyone has their issues and that doesn't justify wrong actions but it does prove how human they are

Lightning isn't like the typical girls of Final Fantasy who usually end up falling in love and only fighting for that person. Lightning has no love interest which I find convenient because it makes it easier to create a good love story FOR her. Also, it displays that family is more important than having a love interest. They call her a bitch because she gets angry that her sister was turned to crystal and she didn't know if Serah could even be saved. And on top of that getting turned herself so now she had to deal with that. I noticed she became more angry AFTER all this happened which made sense. Her only family left was taken from her. Instead of crying she gets angry which is unlike past FF female characters from what I've seen. Of course I've only played X and X-2 but I've seen pieces of other games. Granted I don't have any brothers or sisters I've lost two family memebers within close years of one another and loss doesn't feel good. Most people can't comprehend the emotional turmoil of the characters because they've never felt that loss. And even if they have that person wasn't the ONLY family member they had left so they had others to look for, for comfort. Lightning didn't.

indeed. Lightning, like all of us at some points, was just confused about everything that was going on. she wasn't sure what to do next or what she should feel. anyway, sorry i'll stop ranting XD yeah, i love her relationship with Serah though. it's cute, deep, and truthful

I've had about 6 ideas but have only written 2 stories lol. One I'm only two chapters away from finishing and the second I paused cause I'm still writing the first one but I don't know where to take the second story. I started writing about Vanille and Lightning in a High School version of Final Fantasy but once I began writing I was like "Shit now where am I gonna take this??!" I have a hard time developing my own Plot-lines which is why I do more fanfiction than my own work. I have one story but never got around to developing it. Lol. I have an extremely sad story for Lightning though. Although it won't be the 13 chapters like the other one. I think I hit 90,000 words one day.
