Another commission for =Mat-the-Legend , and a continuation to the last picture.

Apologies for the generic underwater dome; I couldn't think of anything else.

After sneaking past the guards, Elise made her way to the air lock. Knowing she was about to be surrounded by the ocean waters, she took a breath and braced for impact...

Immediately after opening the door, Elise was pushed down a massive burst of water. This made Elise exhale slightly, but otherwise, no harm done aside from a few bruises.

Just then, she heard voices through the rush of the current. "She's escaped! We can't let her return to the city!"

Panicking, Elise kicked her way out of the air lock. Realizing she wouldn't be able to get far tied up, she tried to wriggle out of the ropes. It took some precious seconds, but she did manage to get herself free.

Once she removed the tape gagging her, though, Elise inadvertently let out a pained, bubbling yelp, releasing more air. Her lungs were about half-empty by this point.

Elise looked around for any sort of air supply - an oxygen tank, a rebreather, something - until she spotted a source of air in the distance, an underwater geyser that was spewing out bubbles. She swam over, her lungs almost empty.

Desperate for air at this point, Elise forced herself to open her mouth and inhale a bubble. She did end up swallowing a bit of water, but she was relieved she survived for now.

But Elise still had to surface, and the Aquatic Base was pretty far down...
