These two met during the 3DS Demo period. 
Hyper Rush (usually just called "Rush"), being a Mega Man trophy, is a newcomer to the Smash Voidverse. He's named for his moveset, which includes the Hyper Bomb and Rush Coil, as well as his alternate costume.
