MULTIPLE. PAINT. SEVEN. PROGRAMS. MOFOS.

Simply put, this was a b**ch to make. Had to open up I believe six or seven Paint 7 programs to make this f**ker.

Anyway, this is Blossom (from The Powerpuff Girls [of course]) taking a dive underwater. I drew this because I recall both Bubbles and Buttercup making a splash in the series (note that I said "series" only, not "series and movie", and even then, that wasn't water), while Blossom was left high and dry. I decided to change that with this picture.

(BTW, she's supposed to be pushing her skirt down in order to avoid the infamous panty shot. I just didn't draw it well.)

I don't have much of a story for this one. Maybe the other sisters got kidnapped and Blossom has to save them somehow. Throw in some aquaphobia issues and you have...dun-dun-DUUUUN~! A serious problem!

Or how about this? Maybe the Professor's being held hostage because some sort of fish-creature d**kbag wants the Chemical X for something, I'm guessing breathing on the surface, and Blossom's just leading the girls into his base.

Take your pick. Either way, I hope this is worth the work...and how badly my left hand is aching right now.
