Hardly, that's for sure...
Clouds are great. Big contrast, good colour, I like it.
Nice angle, good perspective. And cool building. But one thing... that "hard light" on the last part of photo, on the left. The view is little bit different than the other parts of that wall. I supose, the cause was in the weather.
