I would like to apologize to any and all fans of OotS who may be offended by ponization of Rich Burlew's awesome character, Vaarsuvius. I couldn't resist, mates!
Oh yeah, and I'm still new to photoshop so if you had any constructive advice, I would gladly take it!

Don't worry about people who get upset. MLP does nothing for me, but it's still a lot of fun to see characters you know turned into ponies. Especially for OOTS, where every fanart is pretty much a re-imagining of the character, since they're originally stick figures and most people draw them otherwise.

You know what bothers me and a lot of people? It's not the fact that you and other people like a show, doesn't matter how mature or immature it may or may not be.
What bothers everybody is the fact that you all try to shove it onto everybody's face, messing with other people's interests and getting in the way.
Take Spongebob for example. It's silly, it's immature, it's for kinds, and there's plenty of adult men watching it and enjoying it. And nobody blames them for that. But they never try to turn the characters of your favourite sitcoms into fishes.
Like, now, there is definetly absolutely no relation whatsoever at all between a D&D parody webcomic and horses. None at all. And you did a fan art, and good, you want to, who's stopping you. But then you go upload it into the OotS group and shove it onto everybody's face.
You bronies or whatever call yourselves can't complain for getting all the hate really, this is basically trolling everybody you meet..

Bwahahha, you're hilarious. You do realise there's nothing philosophically wrong with crossovers or drawing characters in a different style, right? That's all this is. I'm not into Ponies either and Spongebob frankly terrifies me, so I get where you're coming from, but just because you find it personally distasteful doesn't give you the right to grief people about it. Live and let live, dude. Your opinion is but one among many.
"Trolling everyone you meet"? They're drawing something for fun and uploading it to a group to show it to other people who might like it, in the hopes that everyone who doesn't like it has enough maturity to shrug and move on to the next drawing rather than spend several minutes writing a rant about it.
They're not being aggressive. They're not trying to get on anyone's nerves. They're doing something they like, for fun. Don't try to excuse the fact that you're being a jerk by this kind of "I'M THE ONE BEING ATTACKED HERE" crap.
And btw, not to put too fine a point on it, but the OotS forums are in a sort of MLP craze right now, to the point that the forum was call 'Pony in the Playground' or something on April 1st. Just because you're not aware of a connection doesn't mean there's none.
Quit ruining the mood and the fandom and hating on people's art and let everyone enjoy life, okay? Thanks.
