You capture something essential in each of these. They are just amazing.
Tennant had such range of emotions, from great sadness, to utter glee. Somehow you've captured that here. Though I should have known which episode this was from (I'm overdue to re-watch it), because though I can see the other emotions Tennent is known for, I see a mix of wonder and so much sad it's almost heartbreaking. That should have told me which episode it was. The face of a man who is simultaneously in wonder at the woman before him, the wonder of their future together (one he can't even imagine, and imagine that! Something the DOCTOR can't imagine!), and the giant pain and sadness that she's sacrificing herself to save him, save her history, and save a bunch of other people.
Such an amazing look, to be so full of wonder and so full of sorrow at the same time. I'm not sure how Tennant managed it, but it's in the clip when you watch it, and you've captured it here. I think it's the wonder (a despite the sorrow, a dash of hope), and the memory of watching Tennant, that allows me to see the rest of his emotions. They aren't in this picture directly, but they seem to hover around in it like a hologram.
And I really like the TARDIS making an appearance here.
I think your one of Matt Smith is still my favorite, but this one is very very close.
