The story behind this drawing is

Sonic was gonna go to the Eggdome in search for Eggman again, this time alone but after Tails had begged Sonic to let him go too, he finally gave in. But when they were at the Eggdome they were ambushed by some D.E.L and both got beat up pretty badly. Now Sonic stands at the side of a hospital bed looking at an unconscious Tails hoping for a sign that'll show his little brother is gonna be fine while the arguement that could've changed this replayed in his mind along with millions of questions

Sonic-Tails I said no, there's no telling what's still in there and I'm sure Dimitri will probably need you to make sure he's gonna be stable, and I don't want you to get hurt

Tails-But Sonic I already checked on Dimitri and he's fine, please let me come!

Sonic- What if I said no?, would it be me in the bed instead?, Sure he took a hit for me but was it worth this?

Sry but I suck at drawing an I.V. and that thing that shows your heart rate
