Seems Espeon was getting ready to go on a date with someone (Umbreon maybe) but it looks like she may miss it, because someone decide on breaking into her house and capture her, so he tied up and gagged Espeon and left with some of her great valuables, but if Umbreon goes to her house he may save her and help her find the crook that stole her things.

If I had to guess it was probably her neighbor Jinx. She always looks at her funny when she passes by. Probably jealous of the beautiful Luna locket she got from Umbreon the other day.

Or maybe it was a Leafeon that did it, he was properly wanted to see what she had that he can sell for a good amount of poke dollars but your idea sounds like it could be something.
