Its pretty, but, sadly, it has no real focal point.
There is so much going on all over the image that it is difficult to comprehend any of it.
What also bothers me about this is the use of organic and geometric shapes. If you notice the left side of the image, there is this diagonal shape that is rather eye-drawing. But then, on the right, you have this mesh-like design that is rather organic in stylization.
If there is anything I'd suggest about this, it would be to find a focal point. The combination of crisp elements on the left AND right, coupled with the text on the middle bottom, make the viewer's eye strain too much when looking at the image. Find what you want the user to look at most, and make that the most visible.
