Alright, I know I was suppose to draw the character "Starlight" but my reference picture is in storage XD (that's what I get for waiting for so long). But... i looked on the site and found two possible reference pictures... but decided to draw both Cosmo (casual form) and Starlight to make up for... whatever I missed. My apologies XD
