Sonic officially has FOUR higher forms now, and they all have something to rant about -- except Dark Super Sonic. XD He thinks he's the hottest thing since chilli peppers, with his "lethal powers of sexyness."But now the list includes:
Good ol' Super Sonic, who is WAY underrated ¬¬
Hyper Sonic
Dark Super Sonic
And with the release of Sonic and the Secret Rings, "Darkspine," with his funky stripes.
Holy crap, Sonic is developing multiple personality syndrome. o_o

personally I thought Darkspine Sonic looked like a power ranger, and it seems Sega keeps adding more and more, what with Sonic the Werehog coming soon.

If you play the Sega Genesis version of Sonic 3/Knuckles (the Sonic 3 and Sonic & Knuckles cartridges were able to lock-on and combine games), if you got all the 24 Chaos Emeralds there were, you could get Hyper Sonic.

24? It's actually seven. You find the Chaos Emeralds, get to world seven and find the rainbow special stage, there will be an alter in which the Chaos Emeralds turn into giant, greyish emerald, then go to either one of the special stages (one at a time). When you beat a stage the giant, greyish emerald glows (which is called a Super Emerald) and changes into the color of the emerald you found when you beaten the stage.

me: a form is not super in the sonic games unless it is invincible and wastes rings other wise it is dumb.

Super Sonic is not invincible, cause in Sonic the Hedgehog 2006, if he gets hit by Solaris' attacks, he loses rings as he would in normal form.

Eh, i'd have to say super sonic is the best. The whole darkspine sonic thing justdoesn't cut it for me. I admit hyper sonic is cool, and dark sonic is awsome, but all in all, Super Sonic will always be #1 in my book.
