Sonic officially has FOUR higher forms now, and they all have something to rant about -- except Dark Super Sonic. XD He thinks he's the hottest thing since chilli peppers, with his "lethal powers of sexyness."But now the list includes:
Good ol' Super Sonic, who is WAY underrated ¬¬
Hyper Sonic
Dark Super Sonic
And with the release of Sonic and the Secret Rings, "Darkspine," with his funky stripes.
Holy crap, Sonic is developing multiple personality syndrome. o_o

i've never seen hyper sonic.. i believed that he was just super sonic.. can someone enlighten me on this??
and yes.. i do belive that sonic has multiple personalities...as does shadow!!

Super Sonic turns a bright gold color and his irisis are red. But when he becomes Hyper Sonic--through the use of the Super Emeralds--he glows with the colors of the Chaos Emeralds (or Super Emeralds). He also leaves afterimages, can breathe underwater, and has the ability to unleash a lightning attack which disposes of every enemy onscreen

on Sonic 3 & Knuckles (i dont know if it works on sonic 3 or sonic and knuckles) if you have all seven chaos emeralds, you have to go to mushroom hill zone...then you would see knuckles come out of a room and close the door..press the button (which is close to the door) and enter the warp ring that flashes hyper sonic's colors...then the chaos emeralds will turn into the super emeralds...but from that zone to the end..you have to beat the special zone to re-power them....then after you do THAT 7 times...(i have no life..[link] ) the super emeralds will be available and all you have to do is get 50 rings and jump....i have sonic mega collection plus...

That's true. Sadly... it's only possible in the combination game... which bites because I DO NOT have it. I have Sonic Mega Collection too. I think it's the plus version. If not, I'll have to get that, cause I'd LOVE to play as Hyper Sonic

hyper sonic shows up in sonic 3 for the sega genesis, u have 2 get all 7 super emeralds(dont ask me, i did it WAY bak) and yes in the game they address him as hyper sonic and u can tell the difference between super and hyper bcuz super makes u go faster and glow yellow while hyper makes u go REALLY fast and flash the colors blue, red, green, pink, and silver, and u also sparkle as hyper

I love Knuckles O_O but your 100% right XD and it is funny lol and your also right about how people have forgotten about Super Sonic I mean ever since Sonic X and the new Gens came out they never seem to use that form anymore >.> which sucks cuz he's the only character that can glow goldish yellow that I like ^_^

I like Knuckles too, dun worry. X) Super Sonic appears in Next-Gen, but only briefly. You never see Super Sonic for long, and that drives me nuts. But as much as I like Sonic's other Super Forms, I think Super Sonic is the prettiest.

Yeah... but they're coming out with a new game and it's called Sonic Adventure 3. This one is supposed to have a more soupped-up Super Sonic you can play as once all Chaos Emeralds are collected. I am SOOOO getting that game when it comes out!
