I think they did, but just for a very short amount of time. Its hard to explain but you can`t find alot of SATAM being aired in Japan.

Well I was looking up Sonic wiki and the SAT AM voice actors are voice characters from animes still. Like the person who does Sally (Aiko) She voices ALOT of pokemon. (mostly known for squirtle)
