experiment:667 (not so stealthy assassin)
power:green plasma (sometimes has pink bits),alive scarf (does almost all footwork,faster then running by himself,mind on its own)
alien form:more glowy stuff, green tongue, nails and mark on head glowing, bendt antennas, (no four arms because of his scarf)
weaknesses:scarf can be turned off by projectiles to, dangerous when hopping around trees when moving with it or climbing across the ceiling/some other place,water even if his scarf can swim he swims really slow because scarfs dont really have muscle power
imune to:electricity bullets (get catched by scarf) and being buried alive
bio:experiment 667 got created to be an assassin but some idiot accidently added a glow stick in the ingredients giving him glowy marks so he got discarded with an old scarf that wasnt moving (they didnt know they had to activate it) later out of curiosity he touched the gem in the middle making it activate the scarf got onto him and they both escaped to earth by sneaking out and accidently falling out of the ship the scarf saved his life by covering his mouth and nose so he wont explode luckily they where close on earth they landed of course close to where stitch and the others lived but he decided to do the job he was made for (being sneaky) but his glow didnt exactly work out and he just did stuff everyone does like eating walking that kinda stuff hes on the run from being catched and always escaped loves to taunt everyone and accepts assassination jobs
