Fire melts ice when used right. Azula wins hands down.

Azula's weakness is PRECISELY to get frozen. That's how Katara defeated her.

which i dont see azula letting that happen so easily, azula faster, stronger, more experience and more skilled with her powers

Yeah, I know.
Still just pointing out that getting frozen is pretty much Azula's main weakness.

Is Elsa capable of doing evil stuff with her pseudo-waterbending? I think she would be easily defeated in a Chandra Kai (same thing as Agni Kai, but with water benders. "Agni" means "sun" in Sanskrit, "Chandra" means "moon") by any waterbender.

I don't really know, the psychotic fire lord does have combat XP, but elsa can summon life and that in and of itself can be a game changer turning the ground below azula into a living trap. but azula can use her compassion as a weakness by attacking the constructs, and threatening all she loves, plus the shock dn awe tactics Osai's daughter is accustomed to using may very well scare Elsa into defeat, or folly.

Hmn. This is probably one of the best ones yet, actually.
Elsa is largely a pacifist, but has more raw power than any firebender could hope for. Azula has a very keen, focused mind and would go in immediately willing to kill. They're opposites in more than just element.
Firebenders lose their bending in extremely cold environments, so the moment Elsa did... much of anything, Azula would lose her main weapon - but not her only one.
So this would then come down to a pacifist Elsa versus Azula's martial arts - which could still go either way.
I'm gonna say, if we take their canon personalities into account, Azula would probably make her way into close combat and take Elsa down physically. If we go by Death Battle "Everyone's got a big big thirst for human blood" rules, Elsa wins by virtue of countering Azula's primary advantages.

A battle of polar opposites ...Ice-Queen vs. Fire-Lady (and I mean Lady in the nobility sense here)
