Well in Sonic X-treme (an epic American Sonic game that was gonna happen in the 90's, was gonna be the first 3D Sonic game, but Sonic 3D blast and Sonic Adventure took its place) did have that American style of Robotnik, and there was this thing that was like Chaos, but was called the Doom Virus or Chaos Doom.
