NiGHTS and Reala: officially my only real source of entertainment when class takes forever to start.Whenever I do break out and doodle one of these guys, and I'm telling you, it's like magic; *everybody* in the vicinity turns and starts with the same old, "OH I KNOW THAT GUY. Uh, UH.....he's from some Sonic game, what was his NAME...uhhhhh.."
Hah.
Love this school.

Is it just me or has your shading gotten better?? Maybe you've just had more time working on these guys than you have the others since you draw between classes.

Pffft, they're always good for a laugh when they start arguing which Sonic game he's from.
Always make the most dumbfounded faces when I tell them he's from his own series.

Ahhh. Well, NiGHTS has pretty much appeared in more sonic games than his own. I can see why people get him/her confused. xD
And ooh... a 0.5 lead. Imma have to find me a pack for mine. The shading caught my eye, and I was just wondering.

True, true~.
It's a good lead to work with, but it breaks easily if you typically draw with a lot of pressure.
0.5 is fine if you treat it well, but if it breaks too much for your taste, 0.7 is always just as efficient.
Thicker and doesn't break as easy, but it's not as fine tipped.

I don't usually stray far from HB lead apart from charcoal and conti-crayons, I'll have to try experimenting a little.

I once had a guy in a class think that NiGHTS ~was~ Sonic, that was more annoying than people thinking NiGHTS was a Sonic character. At least NiGHTS was in a few Sonic games.
Those drawing are amazing though, you shaded them very well. Also, doodling is a good way to pass the time in classes. Although I have such bad processing, I have to rapidly take notes.

It ~is~ funny indeed, especially on how much of a jerk that guy was to everyone. I mean, how would NiGHTS feel if s/he was mistaken for Sonic? Also, he was inconsiderate to others.
