Hi, everyone...

Well, I decided to upload another stamp about a topic that's really been on my mind recently. Now, while it is true there have been other stamps that sorta have discussed this, this one addresses it in alot more detail.

And that is the travesty of people excluding others for no valid reason.

This is something that has irritated me more than any other thing as time has gone on. For those who don't know me that well, I'm someone who likes to spread some genuine and hearty praise towards beautifully drawn art, and yet I have discovered on several occasions later on, of all those the artist chose to thank, I was the main one excluded. Yea, and more than likely they did it intentionally.

I even had a so called friend last year exclude me from all of those she gave a thank you when wished a happy birthday. Can you believe that? I didn't have to do that. I did it as a measure of my friendship, and for what? NOTHING!

But anyway... that's more of a topic towards the first stamp I made: Insincere and flaky people.

Back on this topic... I just shake my head in disgust at this kind of stuff, and it doesn't happen to just a few, but alot, and sometimes just because they don't like the way your avatar looks or the name you chose. 3 for example just took one look at me and intentionally excluded me from a simple thank you when I gave them a sincere compliment.

How shallow... how extremely and pathetically shallow.

And before I get arguments like, "Well, some leave troll or spam comments on my page. Why should I have reply to them?" I'm not referring to those. People in that case, ignoring and excluding them is justified. They're not a sincere admirer of an artist's work.

I'm talking about those who take the time to leave a nice comment about someone's art and they just go, "Oh, I don't like this one, so I'm going to ignore him/her."

There is no excuse for that kind of conduct. None whatsoever. Nobody has to leave you any nice comments. You are not entitled to any of them. They are all out of a measure of kindness from others. I strongly suggest you keep that in mind. Getting nice words form others is a privilege, not a right.

And for those who want to reply, "Well, I'm very busy and can't reply to all of my comments." Wrong. You can. You choose not to. Now, don't get me wrong. I'm very aware of there are probably alot who don't have alot of time to do stuff on here, but a very popular artist I highly respect on here does just that, and she's one of the more busier people from what I've read from her journals. And in case anyone is wondering who this is, it's one of the best Sonic artist out there, one who's art is in high demand.

So, if she can take time out of her busy schedule to do that, so can you.

And of course, I'm going to get the argument, "Hey, it's MY SUBMISSION! I can thank and exclude anyone I want to. It's my right to because it's MY CHANNEL!"

You know what? I'm not even going to disagree with that. You are correct. It is your channel and you are free to act like a decent human being or a complete animal if you so desire. Nevertheless, this freedom shows what's in your heart. If you think you're too good to write everyone who takes the time to give you sincere praise for your work, then it shows you're an extremely self-centered person.

And again, before any gets the wrong idea, I am not calling anyone out directly for this. As I said in the last stamp, only a person themselves knows whether or not they are like this. So, as before, if you're not someone who intentionally excludes sincere admirers of your art because you can, you have my respect and admiration. If you do, then I strongly suggest you take a long look at yourself in the mirror and examine just what kind of person you really are.

Is it really asking too much that all artists treat their watchers like they really appreciate them? I for one don't think so.

Anyway, that's all I have to say. If you want to add your honest opinion about this, and it is constructive and informative, then feel free to do so. But don't any of you dare bother leaving a scathing comment about what I have written here.

If you do, I will not even read it. I will hide it. If you don't like what I have expressed from my heart, then fine, don't like it, but this is how I feel and you can just ignore this stamp if it bothers you that much.
