Oh my god you guys, you have no idea how much I love pokemon. I was into it long before Sonic. (Though, I've never really seen the series. But I LOVE the games SO much)
I hope the bubbles don't look too awful D:
I tried a new shading style, and I can't tell if I love it or despise it at this point.
The background was partly off of google images and edited. Whoops...
I hope you guys like it! (even though I'm sure all my watchers are Sonic fans and this has nothing to do with Sonic)
Marill's tail... ball... thing was supposed to be bobbing at the surface, but I couldn't get the surface right at all, so I cut it off.
