Morti has always had a love for speed, he can't sit still, even for a second, he always has to do something.

Morti can be a bit jumpy in the morning and makes a funny squeaking noise when startled.

Morti often gets made out for a dolphin because of that squeaking noise, but technically seen Morti is half dolphin (as his mother is an echoling dolphin species).

Morti moved with his friends Trella and Yves to Inkopolis with the hope of being able to each reach their own goal.

Morti still wears his run speed up gear he used to wear using a splat roller. (it's just comfy m'kay?)

it is said that Morti's mask turned liquid and started running over his face because he went too fast with his brush. the same happened with the pattern on his tentacles during swimming.

Morti starts fanboying over any "famous" turfwars related inkling once he actually sees them in person.
