Ever since then, I've developed a new respect for Shadow the Hedgehog....

Yea, I just had to do this. X3 I discovered on my Birthday- which ya'all should know was last week, June 19th- that I shared a Birthday with a certain black hedgehog. At first I thought my source was lying until I saw several deviations posted on the same day as my Birthday saying "Happy Birthday" to Shadow. Boy, ya wouldn't believe my surprise. XD My Mom found it as a coincidence, since she believes that what the mother was doin' before a baby is born effects who the child will be. She was addicted to wheat items and was watching "Pinky and the Brain" before I was born. Coincidentally, I prefer eating pastas and stuff like that, and as ya'all know I have interests in art and animating. Being born on the same day as a certain popular character's Birthday just adds onto that list.

Let me be honest here, so I can explain what I said earlier in this description about the "new respect." I've never really shown big interest in Shadow like I do to Tails, Silver and Knux. Don't get me wrong, he's an awesome character! But I'm just not as interested in 'im like I am to other characters. I don't take too much interest in what they call, erm, "sexy" (that was a pain to write. I'm that sensitive) characters, either. And I find 'im as a over-popular character. Seriously, I've seen a group known as "Rabid Shadow Fan Girls." Is that group for any other characters? I don't think so. XP It's kinda wrong in my book. That's one of the reasons why I don't draw Shadow as much as I should. He's a pain to draw, too.
But, when I discovered that he and I share a Birthday, I guess ya can say I now view 'im in a different light. I don't know how to explain it. I have a new respect for 'im, so to speak, like... Perhaps like a new brotherly bond? I dunno... Have ya ever had somethin' like this happen to ya? Like ya discover that you and someone else ya previously didn't have too much interest in have something in common and ya begin to respect 'im a little more? That's what I'm feelin' like right now. Heheh. Hard to explain.

So yea, now I have somethin' to brag about. Possibly sharin' a Birthday with perhaps the most popular Sonic character will have its perks. Who really knows? Not me! X3 I hope ya'all enjoy this comic (which I forgot to mention is my mental reaction in finding out that Shadow and I share a Birthday) and I hope to submit somethin' to ya'all soon. Possibly another animated commission.
