Description

Here's the full reference of Torch and Flare. Took me a while to make this, because I am terrible with backstories. Hope you guys like it!

Background/Backstory:
When Torch was born, he was blessed with the raging power of fire. But to that power, his head spines, tails, and ears went under extreme puberty while growing up. Other kids make fun of him for his unnatural spines and tails. He tries to cut his spines, but they magically grow back within minutes. By the time he became 14, he came to accept the growth and trained his body so his spines and tail don't weigh him down. His ears stop growing when he was 13 and his tails and spines when he was 16. He was able to control his fire powers by the age of 6. The only big accidental fire he created was... actually, he doesn't want to say.
Abilities: Superhuman Strength, Enhanced Durability, Enhanced Stamina, Enhanced Speed, Hand-To-Hand Combat, control and manipulate Fire, Giant Spin Attack/Dash, Giant Homing Attack, Fire Punch Attack, Fire Blast, Fire Psychokinesis (Only objects on fire, as big as a large chest, and he can only lift one object. He needs Flare for multiple larger objects), Enhanced Hearing, Super Transformation
- With Flare: Fire Psychokinesis, Fire teleport (short distance), Psych Fire Train, Incinerator ball
Extra:
- Has a silver flame ring on his right ring finger
- Yellow triangle necklace that has secret powers that only activate when a certain person or event occurs near Torch
- Black waves on his tails, spines, and arms (beneath his sleeves) are his birthmarks

Personality: Kind, Like Cheese, his mood sometimes reflects on how Torch feels, except when Torch is short-tempered.
Background/Backstory:
Flare was the only Psydragon among the other Chaos. Because of this, he mostly separated himself from activities with the other Chaos, sometimes to practice his psychic abilities. One day, when Torch walked by, Flare felt a connection between him and Torch. He followed Torch to where he practiced his fire manipulation, until Torch spotted him. He tried to get away, but by not looking forward, he hit a tree and fell to the ground. As Torch approached, he picked up, and comforted Flare from his tree impact. While Flare was being comforted, he felt the connection again and noticed that Torch felt it too. Torch then asked Flare, "You're that Chao that I saw earlier aren't you?" Flare nodded, "You want to train with me?" Flare nodded again more elatedly. From then on, Torch made Flare his Chao and trained with him, even with Flare own abilities. He then named him "Flare", because he was a beginning flare to their bond.
Abilities: Levitation (can even lift and fly Torch), Psychic, Head Whip, Super speed, Enhanced Strength, Telepathy (only to Torch for emergency or he's away from Torch for too long), Super Transformation (only available with Torch)
Extra:
- Has a grey collar around his neck
- Sometimes try to balance on his head tail
- Can manipulate a small amount of fire, but he can't breath it
