It seems that Eggman has formed an alliance with the time dispatched Metarex to kidnap both Tails and the time dispatched Cosmo. Now Peach is ready to save her adopted son & Marth to save his adopted daughter. Luckily they are not alone as Coco Bandicoot: Tails' Girlfriend has found Zooey who also happens to be Tails' girlfriend form the Boom Universe (aka Universe - 214). Now they join Peach & Marth to save Tails & Cosmo from the alliance of Eggman & the Metarex.
