It's really not very good. Personally, I only know what happened because I hunted down the cutscenes on YouTube. The game's story doesn't really feel like a Sonic game, and the gameplay's pretty spotty. It's really the only Sonic game I haven't liked. Well, it and Sonic R.

I dunno I think 06 is pretty cool , but I mainly play the Silver part . Cause I'm not good at sonic's controls and I'm a major silver fan girl.

^_^ Fair enough!Β Like I said, I mostly played as Sonic, and things like invisible walls of glitch that would kill you were REALLY obvious.Β I wasn't crazy about Silver's first fight with Iblis, though that's about as far as I went with him.Β If I'd done more I might've gotten used to his gameplay and liked it more, but I was already so frustrated I just put the game down!Β But I've always been all about Sonic!Β ^_^ Prolly kinda obvious, right?

I'm at the part where he first goes back to the past. I think that some of the stuff you do with his powers are awesome. I haven't found any glitches yet though. In the sonic episode I'm stuck in Chaos City .

Yeah I play the Legend of Zelda series , and it has tons of puzzles , so I know how to get in and out of situations. (in the 3DS version of Legend of Zelda : Ocarina of Time I beat the hard level called the master quest that you get for beating the game)

I only got a little further than unlocking Silver. Then I played as Silver and wanted to kill my XBox for subjecting me to the paaaain. Then I played Sonic some more and just didn't care anymore. I'll go back to it eventually, buuuuut...I have better things to do right now.

I just played a few levels and felt an urge to immediately throw the XBox out the window... and I tried the PS3 version... THEY ONLY FIXED THE MINOR MISTAKES THAT MOST PEOPLE HARDLY NOTICED, NOT THE MAJOR ONES!!!

Nah, Sonic 2006 is the only game I've had a major problem with. Honestly, Sonic Unleashed, Sonic and the Black Knight, and Sonic Colors are all phenomenal games. They've all got some minor annoyances--the annoying puzzle-like things in Unleashed (which have been in all the games, in Unleashed they're just relegated to the Werehog stages), the way that in the later stages of Black Knight it basically just wants you to flap the controller around like you're having a grand mal seizure, and...actually, I can't really think of anything bad with Sonic Colors. I guess I want more cut scenes, but everything is really smooth and well done, and the cut scenes that are there are awesome, funny and polished. And anyway, Sega's still around, but more like a Namco then a Nintendo--they're just a game company now, instead of making consoles.
Only Sonic games that really suck: Sonic Shuffle, Sonic R, and Sonic 2006.

Due that is awesome ! It actually reminds me of something nintendo did . In every Zelda game they have these man eating plants called deku- Balbas . Some of the bosses are even giant plants (foursword , twilight princess , wind waker) and most of the games have them as enemies . I have two beat two zelda games and one of the master quests .

yeah some of the puzzles in there are really hard . In fact I've had several times where the zelda puzzles have helped me in other video games .(Elderscrolls saga Skyrim and Oblivion to name 2)

I had the same thought, why does it seem most transformations are painful or scary. It seems like it would be a great joy to be able to shift into another form and back, not a terrifying ordeal.

Well, most of the TFs I like are of the permanent variety, though the "victim" ends up significantly better off. So, less shape-shifting, more just becoming awesomer. Yeah, you heard me right. I said awesomer.

Ah, that would explain the difference, knowing it was a one way change would put a lot more stress on the situation. Especially if the recipient wasn't aware of what was going on until things had started happening. It would be a lot different if you know you could go back whenever you want.
