(the next day in Hyrule field, Link, Midna, Zelda, Sonic, Sophie, Sophia and the others were seen heading to the direction of Lanayru Province.)

Sophia: remind me where we're going again?

Zelda: we are heading to Lanayru Province, where the graceful Zoras thrive in their domain.

Sonic, Tails: Zoras?

Link: a race of aquatic fish like people who live in the waters.

Sophia: fish like people?

Sophie: basically, you can consider them as the Merfolk of Hyrule.

Sophia: ohhh I get it. -w-

Mary: what are you thinking about?

Sophia: Its just that I have a fascination with Aquatic creatures and such. being a fantasy fanatic, not only am I close to certain dragon deities like the Sun Queen herself, I'm also friends with magical warriors who are literally mermaids.

Bendy: what?! there are mermaids in the Magical warrior system??

Sophia: yep. you just realize it that now? -w-

Midna: Can't say much about Zora's domain, but I'm sure what you'll find there will amaze you.

(as soon as they all reach Zora's domain, the group looks around the area where everywhere was water. and whenever there was water, the fish like Zoras were seen doing their usual business. some were swimming, some were on guard duty and some just go on with their lives.)

Link: this place remains the same peaceful domain it is. I spent the last three years training for Knighthood, and almost forgot how it looked.

Sonic: yeah, this domain looks nice and all except...well... uhh... (has a nervous look on his face)

Sophia: Sonic? O^O

Link: are you okay? you look kind of nervous. O.O

Sonic: I'm fine, guys. I just don't like the sight of...ehehehe...water. O~O;

Link: Okay, Okay. no need to pick on the poor blue hedgehog. remember we're here to get a direction towards the sea and find the other dragon!

(as they make their way towards the throne room of Zora's domain, they've all stood before the Zora Prince, Ralis)

Ralis: Link, its so good to see you! I haven't heard much from you since you went to train to become a Knight.

Link: things have been quite hectic here and there the past few days. but I'm alright so far. how are you holding up here with the Zoras?

Ralis: same as you. and I see you brought some friends with you. with Hyrule's Princess also here.

Ralis: its quite alright, your highness. her death, as unexpected and devastating as it was, ensured the betterment of our lives.

Link: Ganon is trying to return to the world of the living, and we're trying to find this dragon that happens to be somewhere in the sea.

I heard that from my sister when she returned from the guardians' meeting in Hyrule castle. she and Aryll, the Guardian of wind, have both gone to the Great Sea to find the dragon of wisdom. so far, they found nothing, given the fact the sea is so vast, the dragon's location is unknown. but I do know of one Zora warrior that has knowledge about the great sea. you will meet him once you get there.

Zelda: so, how exactly do we get to the Great Sea?

Ralis: when you go to the Zora River, there is a road that leads northeast. where only the strongest of the Zora warriors are said to be able to go explore the Sea. you'll find a Zora warrior named Varon, who is very experienced there above everyone else.

Link: A Zora warrior named Varon...

Ralis: he explored the sea for many years, so he should provide you with knowledge you need regarding the dragon of wisdom. but I should warn you, there are rumors about a very powerful sea witch that hides somewhere in the deep waters.

Sonic: a sea witch?

Ralis: yes. she is said to be in posession of a trident that gives her an enormous amount of power, that causes heavy storms, making the sea waves become violent. any Zora or Hylian who encountered her has never been heard from since.

Sonic: when you put it that way, that kind of reminds me of a movie starring a sea witch as the villain.

Bendy: I think you're referring to the Little Mermaid.

Ralis: so please, all of you, be careful out there.

Link: we will, Ralis.

Zelda: thank you for the information.

Ralis: you are most welcome.

(and so the, group exits Zora's domain and into the Zora river, where they go precisely where Prince Ralis told them to. Northeast from the river, their eyes now locked upon the vast blue of the ocean from the cliffs they were standing on)

Zelda: so, this is the Great Sea...

Link: this is the first time I ever saw it.

Midna: well now, here's where we should find the next dragon.

Sonic: we should be careful going down there...the cliffs look pretty steep.

(carefully, one by one, the 12 go down from the cliffs and into the beach of the Great Sea. the ones who could fly, like Bendy, Mary, Tails, Sophie and Sophia floated downwards, with Midna hiding in Link's shadow, were helping him, Sonic, Zelda, Gloria, Gabby and Nathan go down without falling. as soon as they approach the great sea, suddenly...)

''HEY! YOU GUYS OVER THERE!''

Link: O.O ???

Sonic: huh?

Sophie: (looks around)

''Right in the waters! look to the left!''

(the twelve look over to see a Zora swimming towards them, accompanied by the waves, he jumps forwards onto the beach, revealing himself. he was a tall dark blue Zora with a head that resembles a tiger shark's appearance, clothed in white and aqua blue armor from head to toe. he approaches Link and the others with him.)

???: you must be Link, the Hero of Hyrule! I can tell by the Hero's iconic green clothing that you wear. oh, pardon me, but I haven't introduced myself! I am Varon, a warrior of the Zoras!

Link: O.O

Varon: its such a pleasure to meet you at last! (extends his hand)

Link: S-Same here...!

(both shake hands)

Varon: I see you've also brought some company along with you, including the lovely Princess of Hyrule! (bows in respect to the Princess) its an honor to meet you, Princess Zelda!

Zelda: the honor is mine.

Sophie: Oh My God.... O///~///O

Sophia: Onee-Chan? are you okay?

Sophie: I'm fine, I'm fine, just never saw this kind of Zora before!

Gloria: not to mention he looks like a shark. and I'm afraid of sharks because of that Jaws Movie!

Varon: well, I assure you that I don't bite unless absolutely necessary. I am a rather experienced, but I tell you I am very generous.

Nathan: (thinking) why am I starting to question my own preferences?

Sophie,Gloria,Nathan, Gabby: (Thinking while they have EPIC MASSIVE NOSEBLEEDS) OH NO HE'S HAAAAWWWT!!! O///A///O; (and are sent flying backwards and faint)

Varon: O-Oh. since there IS a Heatwave that's sweeping across Hyrule for two days, I guess it makes sense.

Sophie: (in the distance upon hearing that) Oh, Come on! >~<

Link: so what are you doing out here in the Great Sea?

Varon: given the current circumstances, I've been tasked to patrol the sea and aid Princess Runah in her mission to find the dragon that is said to be somewhere out there. I also suppose the young Prince told you about a rumor of a sea witch that's hiding in the deep waters, has he not?

Link: yeah. he did. can you give us clues to where to find the dragon?

Varon: well, I hear there is a large island plateau not too far from here, just near the Snowy mountains just on the other side. there is a village where the proud Rito tribe live.

Link: the Rito?

Varon: A Race of Avian people who are in tune with the sky, just as we are with the sea. we Zoras are very close to them, almost as if they were our kin. I have a great friend in there, and with his help, along with mine, we'll be able to find Nayryva, the Great Dragon of Wisdom.

Zelda: what about the guardians, Runah and Aryll?

Varon: the young Princesses are already in the Rito village by now. we should be able to get to them via a boat I borrowed from a Hylian lad not too long ago. just follow me!

Sophie: (raises head up) uhh...what did I miss? -.O

(Later, as they follow the Zora warrior towards a sailboat that floats in the waters of the sea near the rocks)

Sonic: (whistles) that boat looks pretty neat!

Varon: it goes wherever the wind is blowing! but I'm afraid its not strong enough to fit an entire group of 12. so some of you must remain here.

Gabby: Hmm...its okay! I think I'll pass this one and just look at the sea!

Nathan: same here!

Tails: I think I'll pass too.

Sonic: Tails, you sure about this?

Tails: Its okay, Sonic. I'll be waiting for you guys to return safely.

(Sonic, Sophie, Link, Zelda, Midna, Gloria, Sophia, Bendy and Mary get on the boat. Varon looks at the sea before jumping forward into the water.)

Varon: Just follow my lead everyone! we're going to the Rito Village!

(and with that, they set sail to the Great Sea. sailing across the ocean blue as they were following Varon's direction.)

Sonic: Its been Chaos knows how long since I last traveled the Sea.

Sophie: I don't know about you, Sonic, but I'm getting Wind Waker vibes all of a sudden.

Bendy: you mean that game featuring Pirates and a talking boat?

Sophie: Yeah, that!

Sophia: Hmmm.... O^O (Stands up)

Sophia: now that we're in the sea, I want to try something out.

(Sophia has her Amethyst Gemstone glowing, looks at the sea waters and jumps out. much to the nine's surprise)

Midna: that idiot! if she wanted to be left on the beach, she could've said so!

(suddenly, Sophia comes out of the water, having a pair of goggles, and a purple mermaid tail, which shocked the group.)

(Sophia dove into the water, swimming alongside Varon, who took notice of the little human's mermaid form. and complimented her for her amazing swimming skills, which caused her to blush a little. the Zora warrior and the Human girl keep chatting for a few minutes, about what was going on in the world she, Sophie, Sonic and the others are from, and brought up the subject regarding the older Sophie's current mental state, due to the current traumatic experiences that made her feel so tense like never before, and wished she could do more to help her. the Zora understood what the younger Sophie meant, listening to her every word. Varon mentioned that three years ago, he and his younger brother were among the witnesses of the Zora Queen's execution by the Shadow beasts of the Twilight realm. because they were both very loyal to the queen, that greatly traumatized Varon's brother to the point he barely slept at night. and the only thing that keeps him emotionally stable is the safety and well being of the young Zora Prince and Princess.)

Varon: Oh, That reminds me!

Sophia: Hmm? O.O

(Varon swims up to the surface towards the group.)

Varon: Hey, you there! the woman in blue!

Sophie: Huh? Me? O.O

Varon: Yes, you! (swims over to the boat, looking at the Lythian woman)

Sophie: what is it, Varon?

Varon: you and that Sophie in purple share the same name and are quite close as twin sisters, right?

Sophie: yeah, that's right.

Varon: Now, I don't know either of you very much yet. but she told me quite a bit about what was happening in your world. it really saddens me to know you've gone through much anguish as of late. so I was hoping to give you a little present from me to let you know you aren't alone, even if it seems that you are.

(the Zora warrior takes out a golden seashell necklace, and hands it to the Lythian. she looks at it for some time, examining it.)

Varon: this necklace has some kind of magic implemented in it. It was passed to every Zora who is considered a Great Hero to them, enhancing their strength further in the waters. it was given to me by the late Queen Rutela, since I was chosen to be the next Zora Hero.

Sophie: wait...you're a Hero? O.O

Varon: in a way, yes. I've defended our tribe for years now.

Sophie: but...it looks so precious. if it was given to you by the zora queen to be a Hero of your kind, why would you want me to have it?

Varon: from what she told me, you have a very strong soul that can overcome adversities. there's a fire in your heart that never goes out, like a true warrior...or better yet, a Hero.

(And with that, the Lythian jumps into the sea water. and there was a small gold light emitting from below as she made contact with the water. as the light died down, Sophie reemerged, looking towards her friends on the sailboat.)

Sophie: yeah, I told you I'll be fine and... wait...I'm feeling something strange in my legs. (looks down and reveals that instead of human legs, she has a blue mermaid tail, with aqua and purple colored fins.) Jesus Christ... O.O;

Gloria: my sister's a...a....a...!

Sophie: a mermaid! Again?? O^O;

Sophia: OoO Onee-Chan! OwO (Swims over to her)

Sophie: heh, looks like you're not the only one who can turn into a mermaid now. (thinking) that's a third time now...and I like this new tail! perfectly matching my style!

Varon: Ahhh! now that's a brilliant idea! the Rito Village and the Great Sea are the main places where Nayryva is known to hang around! but do be careful when you encounter a sea witch with a trident.

Sophie: We will!

Link: when you find anything, please let us know!

Sonic: I'll be hanging around with Link and the others, cause I obviously don't want to remain out here in the sea for too long! O~O

(And so, As Varon led Link and the rest of the group to the Rito Village, the Sophie Sisters, now in their mermaid forms dove underwater and see what they can find. they were swimming through the underwater scenery filled with Corals and Algae, and numerous colorful fish of many kinds, were swimming along the way, while Link and the others, following the Zora Hero's Lead, sail through the sea towards the Rito Village.)

Varon: O-Oh. since there IS a Heatwave that's sweeping across Hyrule for two days, I guess it makes sense.

Sophie: (in the distance upon hearing that) Oh, Come on! >~<

Link: so what are you doing out here in the Great Sea?

Varon: given the current circumstances, I've been tasked to patrol the sea and aid Princess Runah in her mission to find the dragon that is said to be somewhere out there. I also suppose the young Prince told you about a rumor of a sea witch that's hiding in the deep waters, has he not?

Link: yeah. he did. can you give us clues to where to find the dragon?

Varon: well, I hear there is a large island plateau not too far from here, just near the Snowy mountains just on the other side. there is a village where the proud Rito tribe live.

Link: the Rito?

Varon: A Race of Avian people who are in tune with the sky, just as we are with the sea. we Zoras are very close to them, almost as if they were our kin. I have a great friend in there, and with his help, along with mine, we'll be able to find Nayryva, the Great Dragon of Wisdom.

Zelda: what about the guardians, Runah and Aryll?

Varon: the young Princesses are already in the Rito village by now. we should be able to get to them via a boat I borrowed from a Hylian lad not too long ago. just follow me!

Sophie: (raises head up) uhh...what did I miss? -.O

(Later, as they follow the Zora warrior towards a sailboat that floats in the waters of the sea near the rocks)

Sonic: (whistles) that boat looks pretty neat!

Varon: it goes wherever the wind is blowing! but I'm afraid its not strong enough to fit an entire group of 12. so some of you must remain here.

Gabby: Hmm...its okay! I think I'll pass this one and just look at the sea!

Nathan: same here!

Tails: I think I'll pass too.

Sonic: Tails, you sure about this?

Tails: Its okay, Sonic. I'll be waiting for you guys to return safely.

Sonic: alright buddy. be sure you to find us in case we get lost in the sea.

Tails: I will do my best!

(Sonic, Sophie, Link, Zelda, Midna, Gloria, Sophia, Bendy and Mary get on the boat. Varon looks at the sea before jumping forward into the water.)

Varon: Just follow my lead everyone! we're going to the Rito Village!

(and with that, they set sail to the Great Sea. sailing across the ocean blue as they were following Varon's direction.)

Sonic: Its been Chaos knows how long since I last traveled the Sea.

Sophie: I don't know about you, Sonic, but I'm getting Wind Waker vibes all of a sudden.

Bendy: you mean that game featuring Pirates and a talking boat?

Sophie: Yeah, that!

Sophia: Hmmm.... O^O (Stands up)

Link: Huh? Sophie 1?

Sonic: what's up?

Sophia: now that we're in the sea, I want to try something out.

(Sophia has her Amethyst Gemstone glowing, looks at the sea waters and jumps out. much to the nine's surprise)

Sophie:

Midna: that idiot! if she wanted to be left on the beach, she could've said so!

(suddenly, Sophia comes out of the water, having a pair of goggles, and a purple mermaid tail, which shocked the group.)

Bendy: S-Soph!

Sophie: You can turn into a mermaid?! O.O

Sophia: Couldn't resist the Sea's beauty ya know.

Midna: O.O Nevermind, forget I said anything. -~-;

Sonic: heheh! who knew little Sophie 1 can be a little Mermaid!

Zelda: That is rather surprising. -w-

Sophie: (Thinking) I wish I could turn into a mermaid again. -w-

(Sophia dove into the water, swimming alongside Varon, who took notice of the little human's mermaid form. and complimented her for her amazing swimming skills, which caused her to blush a little. the Zora warrior and the Human girl keep chatting for a few minutes, about what was going on in the world she, Sophie, Sonic and the others are from, and brought up the subject regarding the older Sophie's current mental state, due to the current traumatic experiences that made her feel so tense like never before, and wished she could do more to help her. the Zora understood what the younger Sophie meant, listening to her every word. Varon mentioned that three years ago, he and his younger brother were among the witnesses of the Zora Queen's execution by the Shadow beasts of the Twilight realm. because they were both very loyal to the queen, that greatly traumatized Varon's brother to the point he barely slept at night. and the only thing that keeps him emotionally stable is the safety and well being of the young Zora Prince and Princess.)

Varon: Oh, That reminds me!

Sophia: Hmm? O.O

(Varon swims up to the surface towards the group.)

Varon: Hey, you there! the woman in blue!

Sophie: Huh? Me? O.O

Varon: Yes, you! (swims over to the boat, looking at the Lythian woman)

Sophie: what is it, Varon?

Varon: you and that Sophie in purple share the same name and are quite close as twin sisters, right?

Sophie: yeah, that's right.

Varon: Now, I don't know either of you very much yet. but she told me quite a bit about what was happening in your world. it really saddens me to know you've gone through much anguish as of late. so I was hoping to give you a little present from me to let you know you aren't alone, even if it seems that you are.

(the Zora warrior takes out a golden seashell necklace, and hands it to the Lythian. she looks at it for some time, examining it.)

Varon: this necklace has some kind of magic implemented in it. It was passed to every Zora who is considered a Great Hero to them, enhancing their strength further in the waters. it was given to me by the late Queen Rutela, since I was chosen to be the next Zora Hero.

Sophie: wait...you're a Hero? O.O

Varon: in a way, yes. I've defended our tribe for years now.

Sophie: but...it looks so precious. if it was given to you by the zora queen to be a Hero of your kind, why would you want me to have it?

Varon: from what she told me, you have a very strong soul that can overcome adversities. there's a fire in your heart that never goes out, like a true warrior...or better yet, a Hero.

Sophie: (looks at the necklace) A Hero...huh. (and wears it around her neck, accepting this small present from a stranger she just met) I don't know much about you either, but I really appreciate it. thanks. -w-

Varon: Anyone who is an ally of Hyrule is an ally of mine as well!

Sophie: you said it enhances a Zora's strength underwater. I wonder what it will does to a non zora who wears it?

Varon: well.... wouldn't it be interesting to find out?

Sonic: you're seriously gonna go jump out of the boat and into the water?

Sophie: well, knowing me, I always have a tendency to find out strange things.

Link: O.O ??

Bendy: O^O Sophie?

Sophie: It'll be okay. I won't drown or anything. -w-

(And with that, the Lythian jumps into the sea water. and there was a small gold light emitting from below as she made contact with the water. as the light died down, Sophie reemerged, looking towards her friends on the sailboat.)

Bendy: Darling, are you...? O^O

Sophie: yeah, I told you I'll be fine and... wait...I'm feeling something strange in my legs. (looks down and reveals that instead of human legs, she has a blue mermaid tail, with aqua and purple colored fins.) Jesus Christ... O.O;

Gloria: my sister's a...a....a...!

Sophie: a mermaid! Again?? O^O;

Sophia: OoO Onee-Chan! OwO (Swims over to her)

Sophie: heh, looks like you're not the only one who can turn into a mermaid now. (thinking) that's a third time now...and I like this new tail! perfectly matching my style!

Varon: now the two Sophies have mermaid tails! honestly, I can see the perfect chemistry between you two!

Sophie, Sophia: O.O OwO

Varon: anyway, we should be reaching the Rito Village in just an hour from here.

Sophie: you guys go on ahead.

Zelda: Sophie?

Sophie: I want to be on the lookout here in the ocean and see what I can find.

Sophia: I'll be with Onee-Chan here, and who knows? we might find the next dragon out here in the sea.

Varon: Ahhh! now that's a brilliant idea! the Rito Village and the Great Sea are the main places where Nayryva is known to hang around! but do be careful when you encounter a sea witch with a trident.

Sophie: We will!

Link: when you find anything, please let us know!

Sonic: I'll be hanging around with Link and the others, cause I obviously don't want to remain out here in the sea for too long! O~O

Caliburn: A Knight must always rise above his fears to overcome even the greatest of adversities.

Sonic: (to Caliburn) Are you lecturing me? -.-

Zelda: I'm sure you will be just fine, Sonic. it won't be long until we reach our destination.

Gloria: So cool your nerves before you could explode. and it won't do ya any good.

Varon: Do your best, Sophies!

(And so, As Varon led Link and the rest of the group to the Rito Village, the Sophie Sisters, now in their mermaid forms dove underwater and see what they can find. they were swimming through the underwater scenery filled with Corals and Algae, and numerous colorful fish of many kinds, were swimming along the way, while Link and the others, following the Zora Hero's Lead, sail through the sea towards the Rito Village.)
